Credentialing Specialist

Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Credentialing Specialist at Jade Health. The Credentialing Specialist will support the credentialing team in managing the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of provider and facility credentialing data. The Credentialing Specialist will work closely with internal teams to ensure that processes are followed, file reviews and other administrative processes are completed, and that the credentialing system is used effectively and appropriately.Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in healthcare or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in healthcare credentialing, provider enrollment, or medical staff services
  • Familiarity with credentialing software and systems, including ABA, CAQH, NPI, and PECOS
  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information, with a high level of accuracy and discretion
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently, with excellent time-management and prioritization skills
